Enginuity Marketing Solutions was founded from a simple observation.
Throughout years of involvement in organized real estate, one challenge surfaced repeatedly: organizations were working hard to strengthen professionalism, yet many professionals still entered the industry without the educational foundation needed to thrive in an increasingly complex environment.
Licensing provides an entry point into the profession, but long-term success requires far more than regulatory compliance. Meet The Founder
Enginuity Marketing Solutions was founded by Alexander Lupke, an organizational learning consultant specializing in professional education, curriculum development, organizational strategy, and change management within the Canadian real estate industry.
Throughout his career, Alexander has worked with boards, associations, brokerages, franchises, and industry organizations to develop certification programs, orientation initiatives, professional development strategies, instructor training, AI education, and organizational learning systems.
His work has consistently focused on one central objective:
